To be honest - nothing with that as an explicit goal.

My photography is a hobby, not a driving force in my life.
I take photographs to remind me of things I've done; with
the exception of trying to get out of the house at least
once a week to shoot something for my PAW gallery I don't
do anything that's driven by photographic requirements.

I've put money into getting better tools (auto-focus when
my own abilities were losing me too many shots, the K-5
for low light situations, and longer or better glass when
I felt it would help). But I'm not really working on my
technique - the photographs I get meet my requirements.

I do try and avoid making the same mistake more than once
or twice, and I do occasionally go back and try to get a
better version of a shot after looking at what I had done.
And sometimes (as in my recent hummingbird picture) I'll
take a fair number of shots with different settings, and
see what shutter speed, aperture, etc. work best for me.

In general, I'm reasonably satisfied with my abilities as
a (casual) capturer of images. Unfortunately the same can
not be said of my abilities in post-processing and print
preparation. Fortunately it's quite easy to go back to the
original capture (or scans, for some of the earlier stuff)
and try again. That, too, has been helped by better tools
(Adobe Lightroom and a calibrated monitor, to name two).
