I'm wondering the same thing myself. A lot of people are concerned
with shadow noise and banding. Its actually pretty normal for
companies to prevent people from saving images on preproduction
cameras, but I don't know why people aren't allowed to talk about IQ.
I'm just patiently waiting for dpreview and dxomark to shed some light
on the K-3.
