I could also put in a vote for Kodak E100VS, since that's my current favourite. But if I were in your shoes, I think I would pick two different films; the Fuji Provia 400 for those times you will need the speed, and an ISO 50 or 100 film of personal taste and choice. The Fuji Sensia seem to be many people's choice for an all-round 100 ISO film. Kodak's E100S and elitechrome 100 are also in the same league. Personally, I prefer the Sensia among those. I think the contrast is a bit better, and the colours seem more real.
The high saturation films include both Fuji Velvia, Kodak E100VS and E100SW, Agfa RSX II 50, and (according to some) Fuji Provia 100. With wrong use, all of these can look "cartoonish". They are good for landscapes, architecture, etc. They have a strange way of expressing eurasian skin tones. but I don't know how it would work with people from the Philippines. In my experience, the E100VS and the Provia 100 are the most versatile among these. hope this helps...
