It IS possible that they've had some freight problems because of the
dock-worker strike on the US West coast.  Just a thought.
In case you hadn't heard, the union that represents the dock workers at
almost all the ports on the West coast struck for a while last month.  Due
to the nature of shipping these days, even a few days of work stoppage can
back the ports up for months.  Retailers were VERY worried that they
wouldn't have anything to sell on the day after our Thanksgiving
(traditionally the busiest shopping day of the year).
Of course, I've no idea if Pentax Canada ships through ports in America.
