I know of no way to convert Tango SCH. We can do Tango design if necessary. I think. It has been quite a while.
Tango PCB can be imported into Protel using Protel 2.8. I did it quite a few times.
There may also be a path through PCAD. If there is a way to take a PCAD Schematic into Protel that might also work with SCH. But this is just a guess.
