Hamid,
The message that I got over the holidays was approx. 17% savings. If I
recall correctly the figures were the special pricing was $2495 US prior to
December 31st and $2995 US thereafter. Significant across 8 seats.

I was called once and based on past experience of talking with Altium at
the end of a quarter, I chose not to take the call, so I do not
personally know what they were offering. However, based on what others
here in the USA/Canada have posted on the list, it was implied that the
price was going to go up "significantly"
Since Altium is no longer publishing any prices anywhere on their
website, it is clear that they are going to the sales model where they
offer each customer different prices and discounts based on what they
think they can get out of a customer and what they think will motivate
that customer. While you may have been offered a 10% discount, others
an Australia may have been quoted twice that price and offered a 50%
discount -- we will never know.
Regards,
Hamid
