Hi David,

I think you're on to something. I'm running it in Span mode, stretched
across 2 monitors. I tried the other modes but they introduced other
problems like the taskbar being accessible whilst placing tracks (and
inadvertently clicking icons in the middle of placing tracks - grrr!!)

Sounds like I'll just have to put up with it if I want the PCB spanned
across both monitors...

What do you mean by running it in 2 windows - you mean you've split it
vertically (AD6 is probably a lot different I'm guessing...)? Schematic in
one window, PCB in the other?

Cheers,
Terry

What is your nView Display Mode set to? That may have something to do
with it. I am using AD6 (it worked the same way with DXP) and I am
running it in 2 windows, not a single window stretched across both
monitors. I bet that's the issue.

Regards,
David Kearney

I just checked 99 here stretched across both screens (I use AD most the
time now) and the dialog opens in the middle of my main monitor. So it
must be a display setting. I'm using a Matrox G550.
