Sounds to me like you have it in wide-screen mode rather than dual monitor mode. In wide-screen the system simply splits the width 50/50 which is why popup boxes that `centre in the screen' do what yo see. In dual mode everything initially pops up in your default screen but you simply drag it across to the other window as required

Protel is great spread across both screens, except for one thing. Whenever I pull up a dialog box (pad properties etc) it pops up in the centre - i.e. - split across both screens and I have to constantly move it to get a clear view of it. I have the latest drivers and have tried just about every setting to fix this but I'm thinking it's hard coded in to Protel. My question is - what does everyone else who's running dual monitors do about this? Cheers, Terry ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ____________________________________________________________ You are subscribed to the PEDA discussion forum To Post messages: mailto:[email protected] Unsubscribe and Other Options: http://techservinc.com/mailman/listinfo/peda_techservinc.com Browse or Search Old Archives (2001-2004): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Browse or Search Current Archives (2004-Current): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] ____________________________________________________________ You are subscribed to the PEDA discussion forum To Post messages: mailto:[email protected] Unsubscribe and Other Options: http://techservinc.com/mailman/listinfo/peda_techservinc.com Browse or Search Old Archives (2001-2004): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Browse or Search Current Archives (2004-Current): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]
