I don't think that Protel will recognize passive components as a driving source, for example pull up resistors, or coupling capacitors.
Once you are sure there is no real problem with the netlist, you can place a no ERC directive to hide the error. ---Phil KQ> I have a problem with a multi sheet schematic.
