This is all the errors I get(bellow text), BUT as I said, Take Error #1

U5 is a ATmega128, Pin 42 is the A15 pin (Address bus (this pin is an IO 
pin in the library as it can be either GPIO or Address output)

The only other thing I have on A15 is a Flash Ram Chip, the A15 Pin on 
this is an input.

This is the part in the netlist:
