I designed a non-pcb drawing which contains rectangular blocks & full
circles. I want to export it as a .DXF to drive a CNC lathe.

Here are the 2 problems.

1. The full circles, once exported to DXF, change into a pad instead of
staying a circle. Is there a way to get P99SE to export the circles as
track circle?

2. I need to have the orgin, (0x0) point, be the center of my cut-out
design. Protel has no problems with this internally. However, once
exported into DXF, Protel moves the origin in the .dxf file to the bottom
left. Is there a way to preserve the origin's location when exporting the
.DXF?
