It would also be possible to assign a net to the tracks. All it takes 
is a pad with that net, covered over or in contact with the tracks.

Another solution would be to use copper-layer keepouts and put the 
logo tracks on a mech layer, which is merged according to the photoplot setups.

But the solution given by Leo may be the best one.
