Dear Dean Carpenter, It sounds like you have many little tracks on a footprint that you *wish* had some named net (so you could set a design rule for them). But every time you place that footprint, those tracks get set to "no net".
Would you mind trying something for me? (I think you've already done 1-4) * Use the version of your footprint with the pads * Use the version of your schematic with all the pads for that logo shorted to one (named) net. * Synchronize your schematic to the layout * Set the design rule for the net you named * (magic step) Looking at the layout, select the menu option "Design | Netlist Manager | Menu | Update Free Primitives From Component Pads" * run DRC Does that help?
