Never assume that anything Protel does or does not do is intended by design.

Over the years various points have been argued pro and con, and all that is
for sure is that many still believe it to be better than DXP, Protel 2004,
or any of the newer incarnations.

If you want proof of how badly the Protel design team screwed up, launch
Protel from the desktop, and then close it from the file menu (not the big X
in the upper right hand corner).

Now ask yourself why whatever version of Windows you may be using just went
KLUNK! (i.e. the universal Microsoft Error Sound). No sound? turn your
volume up.

No.

Never assume anything with Protel!

Especially never assume that when it screws up, it is ever anything but
besides sheer incompetance.
