Ridgh,

If you've managed to generate the gerbers, they are
probably saved on your hard drive. Look for file names
as your PCB and extensions GBL, GTL, GTO, GBO..
They are automatically open in Camtastic, which is the
gerber viewer.
If you like to save them from there, you have to use
File/Export gerber (not File/Save).

To generate the drill file look for NC Drill files.
The drill file normally has DRL extension but in
Altium designer it's TXT.

I'm not sure how the output files are set & generated
in DXP-2004 version but to do this in Altium Designer
6.7 you have to create an output job file and run the
batch from there.
