There are two ways of finding out how to generate gerbers in DXP. 1. read the manual 2. ask
I thought 1 might be too difficult so I took a look to see why. I pressed 'F1', picked contents, 4th item down 'PCB Fabrication and Assembly', read the reference. Took about 2 minutes. Also you can go from the menu, File -> Fabrication Outputs -> Gerber Files. Took about 30 seconds to find this. You need to make NC drill files as well.
