Bob,

I have Altium Designer 6.7 up and running.  In a pinch I could try loading 
your DXP design into AD6.7 and than save it as file version 4.  However, I 
haven't done this a lot and so cannot vouch that everything would make it 
through intact.  You'd still have to look it over in P99SE.  I think it 
would be better if you could go directly from DXP to P98SE as they are much 
more closely related.
