Hi Guys, There are two levels to this issue. Both are very easy to sort once you know how.
First is the pcb and schematic are just not in sync, 'Project, Component Links...' (shortcut CK) will open a dialog, which the match by designator check box should be checked by default, press the add match pairs by button, then perform the update button, should address this. The other issue can be the schematic has some components using the same unique ID, this is addressed with the 'Tools Convert, Reset Component Unique ID's' (shortcut TVR), this will assign unique ID to all the components, you then need to do the first step above. Once you understand how this works it doesn't take long to address, it's a pity the first time can be such a pain.
