That information will doubtless be of value to everyone who was not previously 
aware of it - but it still doesn't change the fact that nobody should have to 
"tweak" any files after they are opened using a more recent version of AD (than 
the version which had been used at the time that those files had previously 
been saved).
 
It should be clear to everyone that I fully agree with what Jeff Condit said in 
an earlier message:

Regrettably though, accomplishing such an outcome would call for a far higher 
level of quality control than what Altium has managed to display to date (or at 
least up until the time that AD6 was released, though reading the release notes 
provided for its service packs suggests that it is still "business as usual" in 
that regard).
 
I could say more, but what's the point? Until substantially more users start 
complaining much more vigorously about the level of defects within AD, Altium 
are just going to continue delivering more and more and more and more and more 
of the same...
