Stanley,
Under Options>Preferences that is a pull down for polygon repour (never,
threshold, always) and a threshold value with a default of 5000. The
behavior may have something to do with these selections. In 99SE I seen
the same problem and I came to a process where I kept the polygons to a
small number of vertices and when I edited the board I would move them
off the edge of the board to a reference point and then move them back
when I finished.
