a paradisaical logic may be possible, but very hard or impossible to calculate with:
A° means "only A", all that belongs to A and to nothing else, like property. E° means "all else only", meaning all that is not mentioned in the term, alone.
not A = E°
A xor B = A° or B°
A nor B = E°
A nand B = A° or B° or E°
A xnor B = (A and B) or E°
But: Property, privacy is a kind of negation too, like "privare" in Latin means to rob, so it is not too paradisaical either.

I generally take these sorts of just-so stories with a grain of salt —
I think their purpose is mainly to invite the reader to engage in
a particular form of speculation — and it was really the ideas of
logical reflexion, reflection on practical conduct, and reflection
in general as they relate to logical operations like negation,
difference, and critical comparison that attracted me here.
Still, my dual backgrounds in math and psych frequently found me employed
at the interface between qualitative and quantitative researchers, as in
1989-1991 when both my wife Susan and I worked for the School of Nursing
at the UT Medical Branch in Galveston and I consulted on a mix of database
and statistics tasks for nursing researchers. One of the liveliest areas
I worked on was Mother-Infant Communication, where they used a mixture of
methods from observational qualitative research, ethographic description,
and multivariate regression along with psychological and social theories
akin to the offshoot of psychoanalysis now called Object Relations Theory.
Well, have to break here ... Sue has commandeered my computer for
a couple of days to attend some Zoom conference, and I get it back
only when they break for lunch ...]
