This is proving to be a real PITA. While we're now passing t/steps/auto_perldoc.*.t on all systems, I'm not getting the proper result out of Configure.pl itself on Mac or Linux.
Determining whether perldoc is installed................................no. .... Generating makefiles and other build files... No Perldoc, not generating a docs makefile. .........................done. Back to the drawing board! kid51
