The current commitfest page is at http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/CommitFest:May I agree that it's not well linked from the front page of the wiki (you have to follow "Development information" -> "Project management documentation" -> "Patches for May Commitfest"). I've added a redirect at http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/CommitFest which currently points to May, but should be updated whenever we close a commitfest against new submissions.
