Hey, Just clarifying: We never agreed that -+[01] meant anything except a short way of:
-1 = I strongly disagree -0 = I disagree 0 = neutral +0 = I agree +1 = I strongly agree ie, We don't have a voting system. If someone, let's call him Barney, says "-1 on this issue," all that means is that Barney disagrees, but that doesn't (like in Apache circles[1]), mean that this is blocked.
