A secondary followup, as I do work on php extensions, I do think that questions regarding those would fall to this list, but again might not require a cvs account?

So, I don't have a cvs account right now, and I don't need one, but if it were required to be on the list, then I would not be able to be on the list.
I'd appreciate not having that requirement myself.
You could be on a list of pre-allowed posters. also note, this is only a write requirement, reading is completely free.
