I've already found a commandline tool that seems to be perfect.
Right now I'm configuring it, will try. 
Could you please try and build the cs docs when I convert them?

Emacs? NT (No Thanks) - last time I tried win32 Emacs I felt 
like a victim of a particularly bad joke.
