Assuming that Web Start supports it, I think it would be best to
place it in
demos/www, since that is where the JNLP files are located.
I agree, I've just read an old article using this approach.
I've just found also a favicon.ico (by Apache) 32x32 , 4 KB, to be put
also there ...
Maybe we should consider using the Pivot logo here as well?
In general, we try to avoid creating "catch-all" directories such
as this,
and instead create more targeted directories as needed (e.g. the
"platform_overview" and "stock_tracker" directories in tutorials/
www).
Ok, but in this case we don't have some material (like logos, etc)
under our source control.
I think the original SVG version should probably go somewhere within
the "project" folder in SVN:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/pivot/project/
However, any icons generated from this can go wherever they are needed
(e.g. demos/www/logo.png for the JNLP demos).
