Ah, I've understood why on Vista the Web start generated icon is so ugly: it takes the icon i say in the jnlp, but if I say to scale to 32x32 or if I don't say to scale it, in both cases the generated icon probably is scaled down to 32x32, but then UPSCALED to 64x64 and shown in this way, fear ... but this could be more a Java problem than Vista ... yes, probably this is the problem. On Win XP the 32x32 icon is good as the original ... And on other platforms what do you see ? Byeeee
