Why are servicetags (SUNWservicetag / SUNWstosreg) in slim?

Minimally, these seem pointless for now since AFAIK servicetags aren't
going to do anything useful until we create an action for them.

Also, I have no idea why we'd need them on the Live CD, so hopefully
they won't show up there.

In general, -1 to "OS Registration", although that's all above my
pay grade, surely.

Do the postgres packages offer opportunity for consolidation?
(I'm not sure, but there sure are a lot of them).  Do the
dependencies work at all?
