Thanks for the initial review. I've updated the "modified" webrev and
posted it here

This includes the changes to resync to snv_84 and also makes all of the
driver actions that have changed since Preview 1 be "complete" in the
sense that they fully specify all aspects of the driver including the
device policies.
If you could take a look, I'd appreciate it. I've put the files that
have changed since you last looked in the first part of the webrev,
followed by some horoizontal delimiters. After the delimiters, the
rest of the webrev is the same as what you reviewed earlier (the import
file for SUNWxvmpv is the last "new" file in the first section.)
