I believe we want to include SUNWstosreg so that the base OS servicetag
is created when the system first boots.  Note that this doesn't mean
any information is transmitted anywhere; just that the tag is created.
SUNWstosreg has as a dependency the other two packages in question.

Certainly Sun is interested in potential uses of servicetags but in
discussions with their engineering organization, it's not clear to me
if opensolaris.org can't also potentially use the information too.  Of
course, only with the explicit user's opting in. :-)

I'm sure some consolidation could be done although I'd like to pursue
that as a follow-on wad as I'm only reflecting the upstream version
number change here.  We need a lot of work done in this package
refactoring/consolidation area.
