The MPUIRQ is worthless. That's an IRQ for the external MPU401 MIDI port
(which doubles as the game port). No one I know is connecting an external
high-end MIDI synth to a cheapie Crystal sound card, so I just disable it.
Saves an IRQ.

You should use the same DMA, IRQ, and IO addresses used in Windoze. Also,
make SURE that you have either

  a) configured the card correctly with isapnp, or
  b) compiled PNP support in your (2.2.) kernel

because these Crystals are crappy ISA PNP cards.
