IIRC, Doc Ambo's Atom-based MSI Wind reports dual core. Far as I can tell, the difference apart from the lower power consumption is a smaller cache. Important for me, too, as I'm in the market for a computer and trying to decide between a Core 2 Duo and an Atom. -- Daniel O.
