Hi Mike, Thanks for pitching in. :-) However, I think some of our seasoned PLUGgers here are just giving some head-ups to the original poster and not raining on his parade, so to speak. He has a dream that he thinks worthwhile and many of us responded that it is good. No one actually is stopping him. On the other hand, there were some of us that gave hard real-life questions regarding his dream so that he will be fairly warned as to what is ahead and be prepared. Now after all these, he still has the decision whether to go for it or not. I think this fairly illustrates what an open community is: Freedom to engage.
We all share a common cause. So for the O.P., I hope that you would use the tidbits of wisdom given by our fellow PLUGgers here. :-) Just my one-and-a-half cent's worth of thought.
