hi johann... the problem is we are not solving the root cause of the problem of our energy crisis there in the philippines.. installing rooftop solar panels is a *bandaid* solution to our high cost of electricity there in the philippines and not about reducing carbon footprint as what renewable energy proponents trying to fool us... like i said.. who needs solar panels if we have a cheap electricity...
