The site further states that "The toolset supports a command line
environment that developers may integrate into their build 
processes to build MSI and MSM setup packages."

The question is, how useful is such a toolset for the open source
community?  Why can't Microsoft opensource something more
substantial, like vc++6, kernel32, gdi32, user32, ntdll, etc.
