It's going to be useful if you're an application developer and win32 is
one of your primary platforms for deployment (e.g. apps that run on
mono/.NET). I know you can do this with other tools, but having a
"Microsoft Certified Toolset" will most likely remove your PHB's doubts
on how good the crack you're using ;)
