Just came from a meeting with some CICT folks and they are considering recommending Linux and OpenOffice.org for DepEd schools. The problem,
though, is training and assistance. Maybe you guys can have ideas as to
how to go about doing this and sustaining the project.

If they have stuff going on in Cebu we can offer them training and support. Computer Training Labs offers a set RHCT/RHCE certification preparation courses. We also have a shorter course for ordinary users covering OpenOffice ands basic Linux apps (configuring the GUI, browsers, email, etc.). CTL can also do some consulting.

God bless!
