I'd love to commit, but I'm with a training facility in Cebu and that may involve a conflict of interest if I proviude free training or consultancy in theVisayas/Mindanao area ... unless the company allows it. If I'm allowed, then you have me. Maybe a letter from PLUG explaining the project would help.
