Of course, there are ways to deal with this.... Also, your prospective employers might similarly be aware of such a post. Now, if I were a hiring manager and saw a candidate making such a request, that would impress me favorably. But maybe that's why I'm not a hiring manager these days. Also, I probably wouldn't wait for the job offer; a favorable interview might be the time to send such an email.
