I've missed that post, sorry. did you tru version 0.102 and above? Why
keeping such an antic version of LMS? 7.9.x has only benefits. I don't
even know what Perl version 7.6 is coming with, but this is likely the
source of the libeay3.dll  not loading. This is not for flac in
particular, but just indicate that the only version of Perl (5.14) for
which I've build extra libraries is different between 7.6 and 7.7 (and
above)
