Cool workaround! I copied over  libeay32.dll from the bin folder of
ShairTunes2W to C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\Server. Renamed the
file as libeay32_.dll. Hey presto LMS starts correctly and the plug-in
works.

Hopefully Philippe can pick up on this and correct the start-up
behaviour.
