Ok, it is working sometimes. I have Telnet opened up on 23 and 9090. I
have the CLI port of SLX set to 3483. Setting it to 9090 results in an
error ('check port number is correct'). I can get it to work when I
manually change the CLI port back and forth between 3483 and 9090.
