The other post is from a Windows 7.9.2 system which is known for the https problem but not for the tight spinning on the same error. bins problem is on a Pi and LMS updates didn't fix it. Ronnie (aka Man in a van) did sterling work with a series of tests on various version of OS/libraries and although there was https failures - the spinning behaviour did not show up.
