I've installed the Visual Studio 2015 x86 software, but can't install the 64-bit due to the OS (32-bit). As such, will the Spotty plugin not be able to work? Any help appreciated...
The only help you should get is to replace that highly vulnerable system with something more recent and reliable... seriously.
But anyway... You can download the last 32 bit helper from https://github.com/michaelherger/Spotty-Plugin/raw/e2a9c2c33e68368a78abae8dceb4c40918dbd238/Bin/MSWin32-x86-multi-thread/spotty.exe, store it as "spotty-custom.exe" somewhere in your search path (see Settings/Information).
