I also was having trouble with the new plug-in and SC 7.2.1 until I did the following: uninstalled all SC software including all residual files, reinstalled the software and then reinstalled the new XM Radio plugin and now all works just fine although I have not tested every channel I have tested my presets and all is well. I tried many other half steps and nothing worked until I cleared out all SC files.
