Newnet are definitely not the right ISP if you are a very heavy user. 
It is very expensive to provide unshaped / unprioritised service to the
heavy user on the BT wholesale product.  Mind you they do have a decent
12GB product for £17.56, and you have to use the internet a heck of a
lot to exceed that much.

Obviously horses for courses.
