7.3.3 doesn't support FFW/REW with BBCiPlayer so that is not a problem. I think it is unlikely to be a BBC content format change as other UK users wuld be complaining so the problem is most likely either or possibly both:
* security issues and firewall is blocking the Flash protocol RTMP port 1935 * the SBS file type settings are wrong. Change BBCiPlayer setting so that MP3 and WMA are enabled and AAC is disabled. For UK listeners with small NAS this is the best setting as AAC transcoding is unlikely to work. What firewall are you using ?
