Just tap the mail link under "help" and include a short description of
the issue.

Could you also tell me a bit more about your specific server setup (on
what kind of machine you are running your server) and your setup.

When that happens, can you reach your server's web interface using
Safari on the iPhone/iPad?

Please try it without "preserve connection", I don't think it will help
here, it's just to keep the App running in the background.
