i wish automatically add missing covers, in my settings i've "add missing covers", but after rescan covers are always missing
Please enable debugging for plugin.musicartistinfo, re-scan and check the scanner.log file. There can always be misses if an album and/or artist is not known to last.fm. You could check on that site to see whether artwork is available there or not.
